a time of preparation & prayer…
Go to Jesus Christ in prayer, bring yourself into the presence of Jesus and ask, “Lord, speak to me through your word.”
Linger on each verse for as long as the Holy Spirit invites you to, prayerfully reflecting on the texts, listening to what the Lord says, and speaking with him.
When the time is right, move to a new location, and go on to the next step.
Station 1: Living in Hope
Isaiah 9:2 "The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of the shadow of death a light has dawned."
Where is the darkness in your life? What are the things that seem unclear, the route that is uncertain, or the things that cause doubts to arise? Bring them to the Lord, and ask Him to shine His light into your situation.
If you'd like, submit them below, and someone from our Living Prayer Team will pray for you.

Station 2: Prepare the Way for the Lord
2 Peter 3:8-15a (CEB) 8 Don’t let it escape your notice, dear friends, that with the Lord a single day is like a thousand years and a thousand years are like a single day. 9 The Lord isn’t slow to keep his promise, as some think of slowness, but he is patient toward you, not wanting anyone to perish but all to change their hearts and lives. 10 But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. On that day the heavens will pass away with a dreadful noise, the elements will be consumed by fire, and the earth and all the works done on it will be exposed. 11 Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what sort of people ought you to be? You must live holy and godly lives, 12 waiting for and hastening the coming day of God. Because of that day, the heavens will be destroyed by fire and the elements will melt away in the flames. 13 But according to his promise we are waiting for a new heaven and a new earth, where righteousness is at home. 14 Therefore, dear friends, while you are waiting for these things to happen, make every effort to be found by him in peace—pure and faultless. 15 Consider the patience of our Lord to be salvation…
What obstacles hinder the Lord's reign in your life? Prepare a clear path for Him, turning away from known sin and receiving the forgiveness that He offers. You are not alone on this journey. The Lord is eager and willing to help.
Station 3: I am the Lord's Servant
Luke 1:35-38 "The angel answered, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God. Even Elizabeth your relative is going to have a child in her old age, and she who was said to be barren is in her sixth month. For nothing is impossible with God.' 'I am the Lord's servant,' Mary answered. 'May it be to me as you have said.' Then the angel left her."
God has a role for each of us in the work of His kingdom...a role that may well go beyond our natural capabilities. Things that are impossible for us become wonderfully possible through the power of the Holy Spirit. What role is the Lord inviting you to fulfil?
Look at the following words. What draws you? Focus there for a moment.
Rededicate yourself to serving the Lord and ask Him to empower you for this task by His Holy Spirit.
John 1:14 "The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth."
Are you aware of the presence of God? Jesus is Emmanuel - "God with us". He has chosen to make his dwelling place in our midst and promised to be with us forever.
Spend time in prayer, either individually or with one another, asking the Holy Spirit to open your eyes and to help you see the glory, grace, and truth of the Lord who is among us now.
Take a smooth river stone home with you. Put in plain view at home or work, or carry in your pocket – every time you see or touch it, remember that God is with us.
Station 5: The Days Are Coming
Jeremiah 23:5-6 "'The days are coming,' declares the LORD, 'when I will raise up to David a righteous Branch, a King who will reign wisely and do what is just and right in the land. In his days Judah will be saved and Israel will live in safety. This is the name by which he will be called: The LORD Our Righteousness.'"
God promises a King who will be wise and whose reign will be righteous. And that King is Jesus Christ, whose life was totally right before God, and offers His righteousness to us.
Through His wonderful love you have been put right with God and are a citizen of His kingdom. Your chains are gone!
Prayer: Thank you, Jesus, for helping me, loving me, and showing me the way. Thank you for new mercies, for forgiving me. I rededicate myself to you wholly. I surrender my will to your will.
Prayer for Salvation: Dear God I know I'm a sinner, I know I am not where I want to be, and I want your forgiveness! I believe that Jesus died on the cross to pay the price for my sins. Please wash me clean from all sin, shame, and guilt, come into my life Jesus to be my Lord and Savior. I ask this in your name Jesus.”
