We are ready to help you begin working towards your GED!


According to census information, over 10,000 people in Cherokee County do not have a high school diploma.

General Information:

Program is open to adults 18 years and older
Classes are held on Monday and Thursday evenings, 6-9pm
Classes are FREE
No preregistration required
Please bring a photo ID. No other supplies needed

First-time students are given a basic skills evaluation and then work at their own pace (with tutoring from teachers) until prepared to take the GED. The time needed to pass the GED varies from student to student and depends on beginning skill levels and the amount of time and effort given to test preparation.
