Because we’re Christians, are we different? We are supposed to be different somehow. But, how do we live in this world, with all it’s distractions, temptations, and values, and, at the same time, live as though we’re actually already in God’s kingdom on earth? Join us as we explore how Samuel, Saul, and David managed and what advice scripture gives.   Laura Dickerson will be leading. Contact: Miriam Hale, 770.289.0215.

The Greatest Story:
The Word of God is living and active – when we explore God’s story, Our Story is given life because it is the greatest story ever told and lived. Making connections between the Hebrew and Christian testaments reveals threads that bring new depth to the scriptures.  The lives and experiences of individuals throughout history embody and reveal the Story of God’s incredible love for us in ways that surprise and delight.  Join the exploration of biblical stories and discover the connection points in scripture for faithful living.

Stephen Ministry
Did you know there is a difference between a Stephen Minister and a counselor? A counselor sets goals for the client, encourages behavioral changes and measures progress. In contrast, the care receiver in Stephen Ministry drives the process, and the Stephen Minister is there for confidential support.  You can talk to a Stephen Minister today.

Help with meal preparations or travel to Atlanta with the team.
